I also review URLs from Gmail to identify listings — such as MOB (Medical Office Building) for general medical practices and ASC (Ambulatory Surgical Center) for outpatient or surgical facilities — and record essential property information including address, tenancy, asking price, and city/state. Additionally, I attach flyers, request offering memorandums (OMs) when necessary, and assist in managing the investor’s Facebook presence to maintain online visibility and engagement.
